Join Melissa for a 45 minute kettlebells online class that's an all over body workout that works every muscle
- A simple-to-follow workout using bodyweight exercises and just one low weight kettlebell or dumb bell (typically 2 - 6kg for women, 6 - 8kg for men)
- Low impact with no choreography so work at your own pace
- Melissa provides alternative exercises if you have an injury or a niggle
- Torches calories and tones muscles you never even knew you had
- Thorough warm up and stretch session to ensure you make the most of your workout
- Suitable for all levels and exercise abilities
